Critical Field Installation & Operational Guidelines

• Level Base Positioning: Due to the height and weight of the Stepmill, assemble it on a flat, level concrete surface. To protect your subfloor, absorb mechanical vibrations, and keep sweat from pooling under the machine, we highly recommend placing a thick, high-density rubber equipment mat beneath the unit.

• Overhead Ceiling Clearance: Before finalizing your layout, ensure you have sufficient ceiling height. Since the user stands elevated on the revolving steps during workouts, the ceiling height must accommodate the machine's height plus the height of your tallest athlete with at least 12 inches of extra clearance.
