Critical Field Installation & Operational Guidelines

• Level and Grounded Floor Setup: Assemble and place the treadmill on a completely level, solid subfloor. To protect your floor, absorb vibration noise, and keep dust or carpet fibers out of the motor compartment, we highly recommend placing a high-density, rubberized treadmill equipment mat directly underneath the machine.

• Running Belt Tension & Centering: During initial installation and after the first few weeks of training, check the alignment of the running belt. If the belt drifts to one side, use the included Allen key on the rear roller adjustment bolts to re-center it. Make sure the belt is tight enough to prevent slipping during foot strike, but avoid over-tightening as this can strain the drive motor.

• Drive Deck Lubrication Routine: To minimize friction and protect the motor, apply a thin layer of 100% silicone treadmill lubricant under the running belt every 3 months (or every 150 miles of use). Always clear out any dust or lint from the motor shroud using a vacuum or dry cloth to keep the electronics clean and running cool.
